MOTORIST FINED £25 LICENCE SUSPENDED Press Association. GISBORNE, Monday. A sheep farmer, Thomas Watson Bailie, was charged in the Police Court with being intoxicated in charge of a car in town on Saturday. He was fined £25 and his licence was suspended for six months, the magistrate saying that in future he did not intend to treat drunken motorists as first offenders.
