YOUTH’S BAD LUCK

IN TWO COLLISIONS To have met with two accidents within as many weeks and with the same bicycle has been the lot of a youth of this city. The bicycle was badly knocked about last night in Hobson Street when the youth collided with a tramcar. He managed to jump clear, however, and had a remarkable escape from injury. The machine, see illustrations, was damaged to the extent of a buckled cross-bar, a damaged rear mudguard and a flat tyre.

On the previous occasion the rider ran into a bus and the bicycle then was much damaged, but, as on this occasion, he escaped injury.
