CHINESE OFFER £l3O OPIUM CASE FINES OF £SO Press Association NAPIER, To-day. Loo Kee and Lim Kee were fined £SO each in court this morning for being in possession of opium in a form suitable for smoking. The former was also fined £lO for smoking opium. The defendants tried to bribe two constables by offering up to £l3O to drop the matter.
