When having upholstered •’ushions stuffed for the window seat or divan, or when upholstering a chair, it is a wise precaution to ask the upholsterer to make an extra number of buttons. This costs no more at the time of making if the requ ?st is made when the price is agreed upon. Buttons often pull loose, and a good piece of furniture is thus frequently disfigured.
