Devonport Steam Ferry Co., Takapuna-Devonport Transport ESTABLISHMENT OF THE LIBERTY SERVICE The Company desires to inform its patrons of Devonport and Takapuna that, consequent on the recent decision of the Transport Appeal Board it has made the following arrangements for inter borough communications: — (1) A fleet of Limousine Hudson Seven-seater Cars will lie run between Milford and Devonport Wharf daily, as a Liberty Service, commencing on MONDAY, the 11th instant. (2) This Liberty Service will be conducted by specially selected drivers, and will be under the control and management of Mr. C. Weymouth, who has been specially engaged to act as Traffic Manager. (3) The Liberty Service will be run to meet every ferry boat, arriving at and leaving from the Devonport Wharf, excepting the SPECIAL night service. (4) The fares to be charged on the Liberty Service will be the same as those previously charged by the Yellow Bus Service, namely:— Auckland to Hauraki Rd.—l2 Trip Concession Ticket, 5/6 „ „ Strand— „ „ ©/- „ „ Milford— „ „ 6/6 „ „ Hauraki Rd.—Return Fare - - - 1/2 „ „ Strand— „ - - - 1/4 „ „ Milford— „ - - - 1/6 Devonport to Hauraki Rd.—l2 Trip Concession Ticket, 4/ - „ „ Strand— „ „ 4/6 „ „ Milford— „ „ S/ - Devonport to Milford, Return (or intermediate stops) 1/ - (Return half available for three months) A.
