WHERE THE SUN SHINES
ARCHBISHOP IMPRESSED The Archbishop of New Zealand, Dr. Averil, was absent from Auckland when THE SUN made its appearance on the city streets. He was agreeably impressed to find copies of it, however, a few days later, when travelling on a small Public Works Department train in the Far North. A fellow passenger told the Primate that he was going to sell the SUN newspaper even further north than Dr. Averill intended travelling on his annual northern visitation.
