SPECIAL GENERAL MEETING (From Our Own Correspondent.) PAPAKURA, To-day. A special general meeting of the Everslie Golf Club was held last night. Mr. Agmen Smith presided over a good attendance. The rules drawn up and recommended by the rules committee were adopted. The meeting decided that the club should become incorporated and be known as the Everslie Golf Club (incorp.). Sixteen names of intending members were submitted and accepted, which now brings the membership to over 100. The colours of the club decided upon were black and gold. The meeting sanctioned the appointment of a professional coach, and all details relative to this appointment were left to the secretary, Mr. G. C. Hobson. It was reported at the meeting that good progress had been made in the laying-out of the new links on Beach Road, and it is confidently anticipated that tlie new court e will be open for play shortly after Easter,
