RADIO AIDS ROBBERY FALSE EXCHANGE REPORTS By Cable. —Press Association.—Copyright Rec. 12.20 p.m. PARIS, Thursday. A gang of foreign speculators, including two Russians and two Letts, used an unlicensed wireless set to transmit false exchange quotations to Berlin, Amsterdam, and Russia.
