ODD LEGS FOR A CHANGE
By Cable.—Press Association. Copyright Reed. 10.20 a.m. LONDON. Thursday. Paul Poiret, famous Parisian dress designer, advanced a plea for odd legs. He says he is tired of seeing women who all dress alike—the same hats, the same dresses and the same differentiation in colour. A woman has two legs and why shouldn’t one be covered with a dark stocking and the other with a light one. “The time has arrived for a change.” he said. — A. and N.Z.
