(From Our Own Correspondent.) KAITAIA, To-day. Four-and-a-half inches of rain have fallen since Sunday, and there is a deep flood across the main road at Oruru and Fairburns. The Awanui River is rising rapidly under unceasing torrential rains. The mail is held up.
