SPEEDERS AND OTHERS MANY OFFENDERS In the Magistrate’s Court yesterday William Fraser Bell was fined £l, with £1 6s costs, Tor driving at a dangerous speed. Similar charges cost Roy L. Pegler £2 9s, Thomas Short £1 19s, and Bernard Leslie Walker £ 211 s. For pillion-riding and failing to produce his licence, Jack Whitten was* fined 15s and 21s costs.
