The Management Committee of the Wellington Rugby Union has decided to give notice of motion to the New Zealand Union in favour of reversion to the old kick-into-touoh rule in representative and trial matohr-s this season, in order to accusto? roam for South Africa to it. The opinion was expressed by one member that the amended rule hsid ruined forward play.
