SECOND TIP,IE IN TEN DAYS HEAVY FINE INFLICTED Prohibition orders do not seem to have much effect on Robert Hassell, alias Hopkins, who was discovered by Constable White lying in the bottofn of his cart in a drunken condition in Broadway on Tuesday. A prohibition order was issued against him at Otahuhu only ten'-days ago, for the same offence, it was said, in the Police Court this morning. Hassell was fined £7 or 17 days. His application for time to pay was refused .
