BOROUGH COUNCIL NOTICES JgOROUGH OP ONEHUNGA. PROPOSED PART DISTRICT LOAN OF £6,000 FOR DRAINAGE. Pursuant to the provisions of “The Local Bodies Loans Act,” 1926, and "The Local Government Loans Board Act," 1926, notice is hereby that the Onehunga Borough Council proposes to raise a Special Loan of £6,000: — (a) The particular purpose f6r which such loan is required is to complete the drainage of Beresford Park, Te Papapa, St. George and Clarke’s Road areas, the original loan moneys bAng insufficient. (b) The sum proposed to be borrowed is £6,000. (c) The proposed security for the repayment of such loan is a special annually recurring rate of idin the pound on the unimproved rateable - value of all rateable property in the special rating area described in the schedule hereto; and the provision for repayment will be a sinking fund of one pound per centum per annum, and the proposed term of such loan shall be a period of thirty-six and one-half years.
