MISS PHYLLIS LETT
AN EXTRA CONCERT Arrangements have been made by Mr. G. J. Gravestock for Miss Phyllis Lett to give an extra concert in the Town Hall on Thursday evening. This evening the programme is an attractive one and includes two numbers from Elgar’s famous song-cyfle “Sea Pictures,” with which work Miss Lett has been so elosdly associated. They are “Where Corals Lie” and “Sabbath Morning at Sea,” which will be sung with organ obligato. Miss Lett’s other items will be “ Caro Mio Ben ” (Giordani), “Voici Noel” (Old French), “Epitaph” (Besly), “Love I Have Won You” (Landon Ronald), “None but the Weary Heart” (Tschaikowsky), “When (Jhildher Plays” (Walford Davies), “Homing” (Teresea del Riego), with organ, and “Ecstasy” (Morse Rummel). Miss Lett will be supported, as -before, by Miss Margot Macgibbon, the talented young violinist, Mr. Norman Bennett, tenor, and Mr. Maurice Besly, the distinguished pianist-com-poser. The box plan arrangements are advertised.
