THE CHAMPION PAIRS YESTERDAY'S PLAY The first three rounds of the annual pairs championship tournament of the Auckland Bowling Centre were played yesterday. The fourth and fifth rounds are being played to-day, and at the conclusion of the fifth round any ties will be played. VISITING BOWLERS A team of Wanganui bowlers visited Raetihi and Ohakune during the week-end and were successful in defeating teams at both greens in exciting and close games. The visitors were entertained by the combined clubs at the Oddfellows’ Hall, Ohakune, at the conclusion of their visit.
