FATAL ACCIDENT

FUNERAL OF MR. HOLLAND The funeral of the late Mr. Robert Holland, who died as the result of injuries recently sustained on the Great South Road, Papatoetoe, took place at the Church of England cemetery, Otahuhu, on Saturday. The remains were followed by a large cortege of mourners, including the Mayor of Otahuhu and members of the Borough Council, fire brigade, Oddfellows' and Masonic lodges, Papatoetoe, and Lodge Harmony, returned soldiers, and a number of the employees of E. S. Sorensen, Ltd., Papatoetoe, where the deceased had been employed.
