MISS PHYLLIS LETT
LYCEUM CLUB RECEPTION The Society of Musicians gave a reception to Miss Phyllis Lett, in the Lyceum Club rooms last evening, when a large number of members and their friends were present. Miss Lett was charmingly gowned in a simply-cut frock of gold lace, slender in line and trimmed at the low hip-line and on the skirt with large roses of palest pink. Accompanying Miss Lett were: Miss Margot Mac Gibbon, wearing a daintily embroidered girlish frock of blue satin, and a shrimp-tinted shawl; and Messrs. E. J. Gravestock, Maurice Besly and Bennett. Dciring the evening songs were given by Mr. Barry Coney, accompanied by Miss Maida Hooker, and a delightful pianoforte solo was also played by Miss Hooker, who wore a dainty frock of embroidered pale green ch^rmeuse. The president of the society, Mr. Barry Coney, warmly welcomed Miss Lett and her party, and spoke briefly of the pleasure it had given him to hear Miss Lett again, as he had heard her a few years ago in London.
