BOOTH, MACDONALD AND CO. (From Our Own Correspondent.) CHRISTCHURCH, Friday. A proposal to "educe the capital to 2s 6d a share was carried at the meeting of the shareholders of Booth, Macdonald and Company, Ltd., yesterday.
