' In Australia. Druleigh Business College has made rapid progress and is now firmly established as one of the most important Organisations of its kind in the Commonwealth. In New Zealand the College has been fortunate. in securing offices which are central, commodious, and well lighted. The instructors are all prominent in educational circles, and covering as it does such an extensive range ot subjects and operating on such a low basis of fees, the College will undoubtedly become an institution of power and importance in New Zealand. The Druleigh Business and Technical College (N.Z.), Ltd., is by far the largest organisation of its kind which has ever been instituted in this country. DRULEIGH BUSINESS & TECHNICAL COLLEGE (N.z.) Ltd. Day, Everting and Correspondence Classes I>ay, Evening and Correspondence Classes will be conducted by the College. This arrangement provides for all, including the country student unable to attend the College. The Correspondence students’ papers receive the same careful and expert attention as do those of the Day or Evening students. Many Subjects Covered The range of subjects covered by, the College is comprehensive. The.»e are 600 different courses. These include Typewriting, Book-keeping, Shorthand, Matriculation Classes, Public Service Entrance, Pharmacy, Surveying, Navigation, Commercial Art, General Art, Sketching Club, Degree Subjects, Elocution, Dramatic Art, Couvwsfltional French, German and Italian, Primary and Secondary General Courses, and Coaching for Backward Pupils. Special subjects are provided for, the College being prepared to secure an instructor for any subject which an intending pupil may wish to study. There will be classes for Dressmaking and Millinery— Civil, Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Classes under the Direction of the Headmaster. Tuition will be arranged for any subject whatsoever. Expert Tuition The College in New Zealand has secured the services of the best instructors possible, and intending students may rest assured of thoroughly expert tuition, whatever the subject or subjects followed. In coaching for the Public Examinations in Australia in 1925 the College secured the high average of 87 per cent, of passes for all students sitting for the different examinations. Over 4,000 courses have already been sold by the College in the British Empire. College Staff As before mentioned the College staff will be the best *it is possible to procure, and whilst the arrangements of staff are not at the moment finalised, it may be stated that at the Evening Classes will be instructing:— Pour Masters of Art (M.A.). One Master of Science (M.Sc.). One Bachelor of Arts (8.A.) One Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.). The Staff at present includes:— HePod Master: Dr. G. P. O’Shannassy, Ph.D. (Rome). — Honours in ('lassies, Modern Languages and Mathematics; Prizeman in Mental Science; Formerly Senior Mathematical Master, University High School, Melbourne; Resident Master, Hamilton College, Victoria; Form Master, Auckland Grammar School, 5 years; Chief Mathematical Master, Seddon Memorial Technical College, Auckland, 10 years; Major in N.Z. Defence Forces, and Sports Master in Australia and New Zealand. Chief Assistant and Accountancy Master: W. A. McNair, B.Ccm., A.R.A., N.Z. Registrar: J. H. Hugill, A.R.A., N.Z. Languages: Madame Haring, Paris and Vienna; Miss Ash, B.A. Navigation: Mr. Forbes Eadie. Art: Mr. P. Izett, —Trained in Art Schools of London and Sydney. Lower Fees It is impossible to list the scale of fees in an announcement of this nature.
