N.Z. Cricket Team. —Mr. Douglas Hay, of Hamilton, who will act as manager of the New Zealand cricket team to tour England, left for Wellington last night. The New Zealand team will leave Wellington by the Tahiti 6n Tuesday for England, via the United States. Prior to his departure from Hamilton Mr. Hay was presented with a silver cigarette ease by members of the St. Peter’s Church vestry. The vicar. Archdeacon E. M. Cowie. thanked Mr. Hay for the signal service he had given to the church during the j r ears he had been associated with it.
