THE SUN'S building represents a romance of reversal for the top floor was completed first, the Fletcher Construction Company adopting this novel plan to allow heavy machinery to be installed without delay. All the “false” work and concrete boxing was hung in iron stirrups from the girders instead of being supported from the ground.
