Captains F. Bilton and A. E. Chrisp. of the Union Company, are at present in Auckland. J\lr. P. N. Jeffreys, Trans-Pacific and Id and Service manager for the Union Company, arrived in Auckland this morning from Wellington. Mr. F. E. Martin has been engaged as chief engineer on the Richardson Line steamer Mako. PASSENGERS PROM AUSTRALIA. Ulimaroa, from Sydney. —An arrival at Auckland this morning the Huddaxt Parker intercolonial passenger steamer Ulimaroa from Sydney with passengers, mails and cargo. Pratique was granted and the vessel berthed at 11.50 a.m. at the central wharf. The Ulimaroa left Sydney shortly after noori on Saturday and experienced a good weather trip across Lhe Tasman Sea.
