When the schooner FogohwaWlved in our harbour from Levnka on Thursday it was reported that one of the crew was suffering from measles, the disease referred to in the previous paragraph, aud as a consequence then' was considerable excitement in town, which was, however. altavod when Dr. Funk, who had U-« n called to *.'« th- siek man pronounce., tin- invalid to be suffering frmi u i-:i i>fever.
The matter was net allowed to res! here, however, as the b'ngolrm hrouCdit news that another vessel had left Kiji I'm- this port, some days previous to hot departure. This information having tii'i-n conveyed to the Consuls, a meeting of the Municipal Hoard was called, and action taken by the issue of a Regulation concerning quarantine.
