Oa Monday the sehooaer TTpolu returned to this port from a lenghtoned cruise through the FriendlicK, and tho small islands adjacent to that Group. She came back flying light, having discharged her cargo into the barque Vorwarte at Vavau. The brigantine Mann, from Mulifanua, "fter being detained outside of this port for e -i days by light winds, succeeded in making the a ichorage at dusk on Tuesday oveni• :. She returned to Mulifanua d'.TThn throe masted schoonor Red Cont, taking advantage of the fino breeze which sprung up after several days of calm, cloared this harbour yesterday. She is bound to tho North West, hnt will first touch at Quire* Island to land some passengers. The steamor Sudsee left our harbour early yesterday morning for Mulifanua on routo to Savaii. She took as passengers August Goddeffroy Esqro, Manager of tho Deutsche Handels and Plantagen Gosellschaft, and several friends. Tho Sudsoe was gaily decorated with flags as she left the harbour, in honour of the anniversary of Mr. Goddeffroy'a birthday, which fell yesterday, Thn schooner Fakaofo left this port for Quiros and Fakaofo on Sunday last. On Thursday morning early the schooner Vogoloa left our harbour for Levuka via Tongarabu. She proeoeds to Levuka to bo put on the slip for tho purpose of receiving a thorough overhaul. Ou the return of the Sudsoe from Savnii she will proceed to the New Hebrides. The schoonor Upnlu will shortly make a trip to the Ellice Group. Tho throe masted schooner Agnos Edgell is filling up, and will probably proceed direct to Fiji on the arrival of the barque Irma, now daily expected. Tho brigantine Matautu has difchargnd her cargo of copra into tho Michelle Selohou. Tho latter vessel will probably sail for Haabai early next week, wWe she will fill up and proceed from thnnc* to Europe.
