Trood, Volknninn, and (.'oe, I hog to hand yon two letters, together with a eopy of thu Order of Prohibition, for publication, which, I think, will place matters in their true light. 1 may stats that the Order of Prohibition issued against in# was made on tho sworn information of fix persons, without their being examined before me on oath. The charge which was made against mo could not be supported in any (.'onrl of Justice whore the I complainants would he examined on oath. I In conclusion i would remark that if a I British subject can be prohibited from residing in Samoa on the sworn information of six persons, then, in my opinion, no British subject is safe.—l am, ie..
