A rahlpgram from New York states thai a furious ami calamitous hurricane has sw.-pt through the State of Missouri, causing the complete distraction of the whole town of Mnrshiield, and great loss of human life. The storm seemed to be confined to a comparatively narrow strip of tho Missouri State, and to have left nothing but ruin and wreck in its track. Tiie town of .Marshfirk! lay directly in the course of the humcane, and received it.s full force. So suddenly did the storm come on in its I'nrv th.il the inhabitants were unable to nutko preparations for their safety, and scores were kilted.
