Hayes, Master Mariner, citizen of the United States late of Apia, Samoa, deceased was possessed or entitled to at the time of his suae and that all moneys or other pr0,~..y ,~..y due or deliverable by any persons to the said W. 11. Hayes or the said estate are payable or deliverable to me and my receipt alone shall be a good discharge therefor. And further that all dealings whatsoever with any part of the said estate by any other persons are hereby prohibited. And further that all persons having claims against the said estate are hereby required to deliver particulars thereof to me on or before the 30th day of June 187!) otherwise they will not be recognised.
