(From the latent Colonial Papers.) London, April 12. Tho Secretary of Stato for Foreign Affairs has received an offer from the Sultan to depose the Khedive and to appoint Kalcm Pasha hh successor.
April 14. From Constantinople further news has be«n received up to Saturday. The Sultan has decided nothing regarding the deposition of the Khedive. An amicable arrangement has been come to between France and England regarding the occupation of the Island of Matacong, on the West Coast of Africa by the Freuch troops. The latter will be withdrawn.
