J_ entered into tlie necessary arrangenients, have established a Post Office, in Apia, Samoa, and known as the " Samoa Express," to be carried on upon the same pnaoipal as the various Governmental Post Offices in the Colonies, and elsewhere. Mails will lie made up for all parts of the world upon the departure of any vessel from this port, and notices to that effect will he posted at least twenty-four hours previous to the said departure. Every possible means will be used to ensuro the safe delivery of all letters entrusted to the said Post Office, at their destination. Every caro will he taken of letters received from tho various Colonial and other Post Offices. Persons Bending to this office for letters &c, that may bo in our care, wil' please to take notice, that unless tho messenger brings a written order they will uot be delivered up to thein.
