SAMOA POST OFFICE. ri>TIE proprietors of this Journal having X entered into the necessary arrangements, have established a I'ost Office iu Apia, Snmoa, and known as the "Samoa Express," to be carried on upon the same principal as tho various Governmental I'ost Offices in the Colonies, and elsewhere. Mails will be made up for nil parts of the world upon- tho departure of any vessel from this port, and notices to that effect will be posted at least twenty-four hours previous to the said departure. Every possible means will be used ensure tho snfo delivery of all lette entrusted to the said Post Office, at their destination.
