To-dav, in every country in the world, Scotchmen are celebrating the anniversary of their Patron Saint. All we know is that in new and undeveloped countries these annual gatherings of men Iwlotigingto an ancient nationality do much good by evoking charity, by making known the needs of fellow-countrymen in distress, and by cementing the bonds of brotherly love and patriotism.
