Also, at the same time, 70 Boxes Soap 31 Tins Biscuits 85 Tins Flour :!•"> Hags Flour 8 Bags Liverpool Salt Drapery, and a large quantity of other goods too numerous to meiiIN THE SUPREME COURT OF FIJI, Between Jons Ckuickshaxk, Plaintiff, and Victor Liardet, and SUSAN iI.VUV LIAUULT, Defend. nnilAT !W action has been commenced X by Writ of Summons containing tin; following particulars:— The plnintiff's claim is against the defendant Victor Liardet as the only son, heir-at-law, and one of the next of kin of Edward Albert Liardet, late her Majesty's Consul for Samoa, deceased, and against the defendant Susan Mary Liardet, as the widow and one of the next of kin of the said deceased, and as guardian to the said Victor Liardet, for the specific performance of a conveyance dated the 15th day of December, a.d., 1876, for the sale by the said deceased Edward Alhe: Liardet to the plaintiff of certain froohoL lands and hereditaments situate at Taviuni, in the Colony of Fiji, called Tahnune, being 350 acres 2 roods and 37 9/10 perches, as dosoribod in the Crown Grant registered as Book A folio 140, and 252 acres 3 roods and IS perches, as described in the Crown Grant registered as Book A folio 147, in the office of the Registrar of Titles, and to establish title thereto. And as no provision has been made to give effect to transfers of land executed subsequent to the investigation by the Lands Title Commissioners but dated prior to the issue of the Grants, the plaintill' prays the Court that the defendants may be decreed to execute a transfer in his favour of the lands herein described, in accordance with the provisions of the Heal Property Ordinance, IS7O. and that he may have such further and other relief in the promises as the circumstances of the ease mav require.
