SAM 0 A POST 0 FFICE. milE proprietors of this Journal having 1 entered into tho necessary arrangements, have established a Post Office in Apia, Samoa, and known ns the " Samoa Express," to bo carried on upon tho same principal as tho various Governmental Post Oiliccs in tho Colonics, and elsewhere. Mails will bo made up for all parts of tliß world upon tho departure of any vessel from tins port, and notices to that effect will 1)0 posted at least twenty-four hours previous to tho said departure. Every possible means will ho used to ensure tlio safo delivery of all letters Listed to tho caid Post Office, at their nation. Every care will bo taken of letters received from tho various Colonial and other Post Offices. Persons 60nding to this office for letters &c, that may bo in our care, will please to take notice, that unless the nicsseugor brings a written order tiny will not be delivered up to them. Agents and Captains of vessels leaving harbour for any other pustal port would greatly oblige by sending a notice to this office at least tweuty-four hours previous to their departure.
