PORT OF APIA. AaarvALs.— April 25. Reconnaissance, barque, 208 tons, Hawking, from Sydney, via Tonga. Passengers —-Rev. Father Dider, Messrs. Board und Thomson, aud one in the steerage. Di:rAttToiiEs. April 20. Ryno, brigantiue, 100 tons, Dower, for Auckland. Passengers—Messrs. Henderson and Flower. April 22. Vavau, schooner, 73 tons, Wolf, for Ki-p----pels Island. Passenger—-Mr/jik-redith, juu. Vessels a Hardoi-r. Uranus, ship Wellington, barque Eeconnaissance, bulque Matautu, brigantiue Tongatabu, schooner Exr-ECTEb Akrivals. John Williams, barque, from Sydney, early. The barque Reconnaissance arrived in port from Sydney, via tho Friendly Islands on Monday last. Captain Huwkins has favored us with the following report: Saileddrom Sydney on the 12th of March, experienced N.N.E. winds and fine weather •until about 300 miles from the three Kings, when a suddon shift to the S.E. took place, which was carried until arrival at Tonga ; passed Snndey Island on March 22ud, and arrived at Tonga on tho 26th, The schoonor Energy sailed for Auckland from Tonga on tho 2nd inst. Sailed from Tonga on the Sth; arrived at Haabui on the 6th; sailed from Haabai on tho 9th; arrived at Vauvauou the 10th; sailed from Vaurau on tho 13th. Experienced light N.E. winds and calms throughout the passage; at noon on the 21st, otf the hurbor of Fogaloa exchanged signals with the schooner Ryno, of Auckland, and entered the port as above. The schooner Mazeppa from this port arrived at Vavau on the 11th, and was to leave for Haabai on the 17th.
The brigantine Ryno took her departure for Auckland on Saturday last. On Monday morning last the schooner Vavau loft for Keppels Island with a cargo of sundries. The schooner Tongatabu. having almost comdleted her repairs, will leave in a few •days for the Line. We believe the barque Wellington will take her departure for Auckland during tho nest week.
