THE proprietors of this Journal having entered info tlm necessary arrangements, linvo established a Post Office in Apia, Samoa, ami known as the “Samoa Express,” to ho carried on upon the same principal as the various Governmental Post Offices in the Colonies, and elsewhere. Mails will hi- made up for all parts of the world upon thn departure of any vessel from this port, and notices to that effect will ho posted at least twenty-four hours previous to the said departure. Every possible means will he used to ensure the safe delivery of all letters entrusted to the said Post Office, at their destination. Every care will ho taken of letters received from the various Colouial and other Post Offices. Persons sending to this office for letters, &c,, that may ho in our care, will please to take notice, that unless the messenger brings a written order they will not he delivered up to them. Agents and Captains of vessels leaving harbour for any other postal port would greatly oblige by sending a notice to this office at least twenty-four hours previous to their departure.
