Persons sending to this office for letters, &0., that may be in our care, will please to take notice, that unless the messenger brings a written order they will not be delivered np to them. Agents and Captains of vessels leaving harbour for any other postal port would greatly oblige by sending a notice to this office at least twenty-four hours previous to their departure. Until further notice the charges upon Letters not exceeding an oz. will he to; s. d.
