Tho numbers of the com:nitt«o met at the International Hotel on Monday evening. No formal resolution was passed, hut it was suggest*-) that on and afur the first day «f November the Chilian »r Peruvian dollar be only accepted at the rate of 2s 6d English money. Messrs. Parker, Uravamuhl, and J. Meredith were appointed a committee to interview our business *u«>ple, and test their views uith rofcrnnro to the suggestion.
