'1 ho entire wealthy community of British Indian subjects at Bagomovo left that place to-day terror-stricken, owing (o the rumor that 11 descent upon ..he town by natives is imminent. German Sailors Mutilated but Not Eaten. Zanzioyr, Oct. 15. The story that three sailors who deserted from tho Germau gun-boat Muerve had, been cateu by natives is unfounded. The men were killed by natives ar.d the bodies badiy mutilated through foliuhisiu. Xauves have attacked and destro. Ed Maduuolu, a German station near Bagamuyo.
