ANTI-CONSCRIPTION ISTS. Press Association—Copyright, Außtra. lian and N.Z. Cable Association. Sydney, December 26. An anti-conscription peace demonstration in the Domain protested against the passing of panic legislation, in view of the grave danger to lawful associations, including labor bodies. It was further hoped England and the Allies would be undeterred by the vaunting and bellicose Press, and give grave consideration to President Wilson's Note. The Recruiting Committee disclaims a repetition of the Derby scheino resorted to by Britain.
