CHRISTMAS SERVICES.

HOLY TRINITY CHURCH. The Christmas Services at the Holy Trinity Church on Christmas Day were very well attended, especially Holy Communion. The Vicar (Rev. C. W. Howard) preached appropriate season's sermons. The church was beautifully decorated for the festival, the work of many willing hands showing to the greatest advantage. A feature of the decorations was the new white hangings, consisting of altar coverings, etc. The material for these was procured from England by Mr Davis, as a gift to the Church, and the making up was done by lady parishioners. Another special feature in the church was the new "Board of Honor," containing the names of the clergy and laity who have gone to the front from Stratford and a list of those who have made the supreme sacrifice. There tire about fifty names on the Board, which will he permanently affixed at the expiry of the war.
