The demand is in excess of tlie supply. Danish 220 sto 2225; American creamery 201 s to 2035; Australian 206 s to 20Ss, unsalted 208 s to 2125; New Zealand, small supply but market firm, 210 s to 2145, unsalted 21 Is to 21Gs, Dutch 208 s to 2125; Argentine 206 s to 208 s, unsalted 210 s to 2125. Cln •esc. —The market continues firm* Canadian, colored 132 sto 1355, white 130 sto 1325, English Cheddar, States Flats, white 12 (s to 128 s, colored 124 s to 128 s; Dutch Cheddar, there is a steady demand, 122 sto 121 s; New Zealand, no business lining. In order to give relief to consignees the Board of Trade have decided to make an advance to them against documents at the rate of B,'d per lb with regard to commandeered cheese ex Arawa, pending settlement of price. Notice to this effect has been posted on the board at the Home Foreign Produce Exchange.
