Re COLLECTIONS AT CHRISTMAS FOR BELGIANS. (To Tn» Editor Stratford Post. I Sir,—A few days ago the S.S. Afbenic brought fifty thousand pictorial envelopes each containing one apposing circular to be laid on every Christ,-" mas dinner-table asking for subscriptions for the starving women and children in Belgium. The .Stratford Committee wrote for one thousand oi these, but only 690 were received, and were posted as follows: s*>o in Stiat-' ford town, Stratford County 100, Whangamomona 37, with 3 given away. Mr R. 11.
