Peter Eraser (Organising Secretary of the Social Democratic Partp)- ' Thomas Brindlo (ex-President of the Party), wore charged at the Magistrate's Court .with publishing a seditious utterance, and were remanded t/11 ' to-morrow. On bail being refused by the Justice of the Peace, Mr o'Regan, ' who was. appearing for'with accused, i withdrew from the case.
