The Russo-Roumanian retreat was continued alter tlio loss oi the Buciia-rest-Ploesti lines. The Russians sent infantry and cavalry to support tne retreat, enabling the Roumanian Army to hold together intact and progress rapidly to the Sereth. where they are now re-grouping and fortifying the new line.
