German official report states: Our Dobrudja army is pursuing the enemy who, as the result of our rapid advance in East Wallachia, evacuated positions last night. A Russian communique states There have been minor operations on Western Carpathian fronts. The enemy’s advance iu the Oituz valley was repulsed. Russian warships homaarded the port of Baltehek, with a view to the destruction of the Bulgarian Hour mills. A Bulgarian communique states:— We have entered Foteete. General Mackenseii’s capture of Buzeu gives largo supplies of grain co Germany. BULGARIAN ATTACK REPULSED.
