PROVISIONING THE PEOPLE.
NEW MINISTER’S INTENTIONS.

In an interview with the newspaper Le Matin, M. Herriott, Minister of Transports, said the provisioning of the Army with corn, coal, and potatoes will be carried out in co-operation with the re-victualling of civilians. M. Herriott intends In assist the formation of a new mercantile fleet. I’o increase the coal output, the authorities are exploiting the surface with combustibles.
