A wireless Russian • official message states: Our artillery stopped an attempted advance southward of Uiselen. Our artillery held up the offensive from Grabkovze on both sides of the Tarnopol-Zolotchen railway. The Russo-Roumanians are falling back \ at Buzen under pressure. In consequence of this retirement, the> troops occupying positions on the 'river Walomitza are retiring.
