LOCAL AND GENERAL.

That the Technical School boys can do good practical work, and that the training received is bearing excellent fruit, may be gathered from an inspection of a set of harrows made by lads trained at our Technical School. The exhibit referred to is a well-finish ed two-leaf set, with pulling bar. and is entirely the work of the boys. An International Harvester J-leaf set oi harrows is on view beside the School set, and the latter in every way compares favourably witli the high-class imported article.
