A telegram states that the. AustioGermans are active La Wallaehia, preparing lines of defence, fortifying positions, and constructing bridges across the Danube at Giurgevo, Uranus and Everin, employing the whole population above the age of fourteen. The Roumanian retreat continues with a minimum of loss.
